About the Ribbone Jazz Project
The Ribbone Jazz Project is a JJ Johnson tribute project that blends trombonized cool jazz with swing and bebop influences. In addition to JJ's compositions, the repertoire includes songs by jazz giants such as Sonny Rollins, Nat Adderley and Herbie Hancock.
