Hasselbacken's restaurant is deeply rooted in Swedish food history dating back to the 18th century. Between the 1940s and 1960s, Hasselbacken was home to a culinary school where the now world-famous Hasselbacken potatoes were created - a signature dish that you can always eat with us, and a symbol of the restaurant's dedication to tradition and innovation.

The bar is open between 15:00 - 24:00 Monday - Thursday, Friday & Saturday between 12:00 - 24:00 and Sunday from 12:00 until 23:00. Last order 30 min before closing. Simple bar menu is sold until the bar closes.
Lunch of the day
The restaurant serves lunch Monday to Friday from 11.30 to 15.00. The menu is updated every week with the week's special - if you want to make the choice more difficult, you can just as well choose from our à la carte!
Business lunch: Starter, dish of the day, brewed coffee and chocolate truffle for SEK 350 per person.
On weekends, you can of course order dishes from our à la carte brunch!
Hotel breakfast
You do know that you don't have to be a hotel guest to enjoy our breakfast buffet, right? Get your day off to a good start with colorful juices, fresh bread and delicious spreads. Did someone say scrambled eggs?Bring your colleagues, friends or family and experience a really good morning with us!
Adults pay SEK 295, children up to 12 years pay only SEK 125.

Hasselbacken's à la carte brunch is offered every weekend, in a lovely atmosphere where selected days are enhanced by DJs who set the mood. The brunch menu consists of a variety of classic dishes and exciting new favorites to suit all tastes. Enjoy a refreshing mimosa and let our chefs impress!
Classic Christmas table
From November 22, we light up the winter darkness with the premiere of our classic Christmas table. An appreciated annual tradition where you can enjoy all the delicacies of Christmas in our historic restaurant on Djurgården in Stockholm.
