We always prioritize the safety and security of guests and staff. The following rules of conduct apply to all guests. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and Cirkus Venues may take additional measures for safety reasons.

Identification

- We require to sight a valid and current form of identification upon your arrival.

- Guests that are not registered in the Swedish national registry must by Swedish law complete a registration card.

Respect and Consideration

- Respecting and showing consideration for other guests and establishment staff is a matter of course. 

- Threatening, harassing or discriminating is not allowed.

- In case of violation, we have the right to expel from the device.

Crime and reporting to the police

- All crimes that occur in our establishments are reported to the police.

- In the event of a crime, only the authorities have the right to access information.

Alcohol and Smoking

- Over-intoxicated guests are denied access to the establishments' restaurants, bars or public areas where alcohol is served.

- Alcohol can only be consumed in the hotel room.

- Smoking is not allowed inside our establishments, nor in hotel rooms or at hotel entrances. Unauthorized smoking will be charged with 3000 SEK.

Nitrous oxide and Weapons

- Nitrous oxide is not allowed in our establishments.

- Weapons are not allowed on our establishments.

Guests and Visitors

- Visitors to accommodation guests must sign in at reception before being escorted to a hotel room.

- Only residential guests are allowed in the hotel room after 22:00.

Waste and Damage

- Only household waste is allowed to be left in the hotel room. If bulky or hazardous waste is left behind, a 1000 SEK fine will be charged.

- If extra cleaning or sanitation of a hotel room or other premises is required, a minimum 3000 SEK fine will be charged.

Sound level and camera surveillance

- Camera surveillance is carried out in selected locations where authorized.

- After 22:00, we take extra care of each other by keeping a normal noise level.

Fire risk and electrical appliances

- When you leave your hotel room, unplug all your personal belongings. If we discover that this has not been done, we will remove them for you.

- Do not cover, remove or disable smoke detectors. In case of violation and false alarm, min. 15 000 SEK to cover emergency response costs.

Other Rules

- Public registration on our devices is not allowed.

- Our network is prohibited from being used for illegal activities. Offenses are reported to the police.

- Electric vehicle charging is only allowed in designated areas.

- Charging, for example, electric bicycles, scooters, drones or other large rechargeable products is not allowed on our devices. It is also not allowed to bring these indoors.

- Own candles or gas stoves are not allowed in our establishments/hotel rooms.

Sanctions

If you behave in violation of these rules, do not pay for your accommodation, consumption or cause damage, the entity reserves the right to refuse continued or future visits.

Debiting/costs

The guarantor of the booking is the person who is named as responsible on the booking. This means taking responsibility for costs and damages caused to the unit or third parties in connection with the visit/stay. A guarantor is obliged to replace broken furniture or items removed from the units.
